Christmas miracles after all.

Riquelme's parents, the miracle has taken the form of a plain white envelope
containing a handwritten note from their son telling them he had paid off their
mortgage.
Riquelme,
a successful app developer from New York who goes by the YouTube user name
joeytrombone, on Thursday shared a video showing his parents’ heartwarming
reaction to his incredibly generous Christmas gift.
The
touching video, which has been viewed nearly 130,000 times in the last 24
hours, and counting, begins with Joe Riquelme sitting on a couch with his
parents and their pet dog.
Looking
visibly nervous and struggling to keep his emotions in check, Riquelme tells
his mom and dad that he has one more Christmas gift: a slightly dog-eared
envelope folded in two.
Inside, there are documents
from Bank of America accompanied by a handwritten note that reads: 'Your house
is paid off. Merry Xmas. - Joe.'
