Amina Ali Mkeki and her 4 month old baby
SaharaReporters has obtained a photograph of 19-year old Amina Ali Mkeki, one of the Chibok girls infamously kidnapped by Boko Haram in 2014 when she was 17 years old. Amina was rescued near the Sambisa Forest, government sources and activists told SaharaReporters earlier Wednesday.

The report continues:
Amina was found in the Kulakeita area in the company of her Boko Haram husband, now identified as Mohammed Hayatu, and was immediately rescued by members of the local vigilante task force then handed her over to Nigerian troops in Damboa.
She reportedly told the soldiers that six of the girls have died while the others have been married off to Boko Haram commanders, and that they were all still in Sambisa Forest as of the time of her rescue.

Confirming the development, the Nigerian military said in a text message by Colonel SK Usman to SaharaReporters that she was rescued by Nigerian troops.
A later statement by Mr. Usman revealed that Amina and Mr. Hayatu were brought to the military headquarters of the 25th Task Force Brigade Damboa at 2:30pm Wednesday.
Amina was found nursing her four month old child named Safiya. Amina and Safiya are both undergoing medical screening at the 25 Task Force Brigade headquarters.
SaharaReporters has confirmed that Amina is from Mbalala community, near Chibok.
