John Mikel Obi, earning
his 81st international cap today, is set to lead the Super Eagles against the
Chipolopolo of Zambia when the two sides meet today in Uyo for a crunch World
Cup qualifier.

in the starting lineup announced by Nigeria’s coach Gernot Rohr earlier are
Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong whose strong partnership in the Nigerian
defence has earned them the nickname Oyinbo Wall. Shehu Abdullahi and Elderson
Echiejile will play the full-back positions.
Rohr
is also keeping faith with Ikechukwu Ezenwa in the goal while the England-based
duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Alex Iwobi start from the bench.
