Security
very tight in Rivers State and some overzealous operatives are becoming
restless in Port Harcourt.
GRAPHITTI
NEWS and other journalists monitoring the elections have been stopped and
thoroughly searched even with their ID cards and INEC reflective jackets.
The atmosphere is animated
and we are not certain how voters would perceive the tense atmosphere. However
at Okehi 1 and Okehi 2 in Etche LGA even with the issues over delivery of
materials people seem resolved to cast their votes.
