says that the humanitarian situation in north-east Nigeria "is
reaching catastrophic levels".

"desperately lack food and healthcare".

nutrition emergency was declared three months ago, but there has not been much
response, MSF says.
In July UNICEF warned that almost a quarter of a million children in parts of Borno state were suffering from severe malnutrition.
