Big day for Kenya and Nigeria at the World
Championships in Beijing, China. It's the final of the men's 3,000m
steeplechase, an event they utterly dominate. There are four Kenya
runners - this year's best performer Jarius Birech, three-time World Champion
Ezekiel Kemboi, 2008 Olympic champion Brimin Kipruto and 2013 silver-medalist
Consesius Kipruto.

NEWS report continues:
The only
person who may stop it being a Kenya 1-2-3-4 is US champion Evan Jager.
There
are likely to be more Kenyan medals in the women's 10,000m, where Vivian
Cheruiyot is making a comeback after maternity leave.
Meanwhile,
it's also the final of the women's 100m - and it could be very fast. Four women
went under the 11 second barrier in the first-round heats - only one woman had
ever done that before in the Worlds.
Nigeria's
Queen of the Track Blessing Okagbare is among big names aiming for gold in that
category.
