Nigeria's army has
appointed a new commander to lead the fight against militant Islamist group
Boko Haram.
Major
General Yusha'u Mahmood Abubakar will head "Operation must restore
peace" to end to the six-year insurgency by the militants, the army said
in a statement.
President
Muhammadu Buhari has given the military three months to defeat Boko Haram.
