Nigerian Army Reinstates Over 3,000 Sacked Soldiers As 'Around 10' Killed In Explosions In Northern Cameroon

The Nigerian army says it has reinstated 3,032 out of the 5,000 soldiers dismissed after being accused of not fighting the Islamist militants Boko Haram.
A military official told the BBC in May that video footage showed soldiers fleeing Boko Haram, providing proof of their cowardice.
Around 10 people have been killed following two explosions in a village in northern Cameroon, the Reuters news agency is reporting.

One explosion hit a market and another went off near an army barracks.
"There are around 10 dead and about 100 wounded in the attack near the camp," a senior army officer told Reuters.
